Our company registration number is 14431339. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

If there is a conflict between these terms and any terms or conditions found elsewhere on our website or in any written or verbal communication between you and us, then these Terms shall prevail.

    You may purchase services for yourself using your own personal details, should you purchase services for someone other than yourself you must use their details (name/date of birth), this provides the laboratory with the correct details of the person whose sample is being tested.

    You may purchase packages from us if you are outside of the UK however it is your responsibility to check any additional postage costs with us prior to purchasing and you should ensure that you are able to return the kit using a postage or courier service in your country of origin (any costs associated with this lie with you).

    Test results and interpretation provided by us in relation to these results are for the purposes of information only. They may provide a guide to help you understand your health/lifestyle but do not and are not intended to constitute a clinical diagnosis. This service is not a substitute for proper medical investigation and advice, and we do not provide clinical or diagnostic services in relation to the tests. If you have any concerns regarding your health or your test results you should discuss them directly with your GP/Doctor/Health Care Professional.

    Based on information that you have provided to us we may recommend that you see your GP/Doctor/Health Care Professional for further advice or investigation. You agree that you are solely responsible for acting on such guidance and that Renude Health accepts not liability in the event that you choose not to do so.

Our DNA Services

We provide an online service whereby you can order a nutrigenomic test online and/or book an online consultation.

Your saliva sample kit will be sent through the post to the address you register on our system, failure to input the correct address or personal details may result in the need for a new kit being issued of which there may be an additional charge.

You will return the saliva sample following the instructions provided in the kit using the prepaid return envelope. Posting instructions may be subject to change and you should follow the instructions you receive with your kit. Failure to follow the instructions correctly may result in a new kit being required/issued of which there may be an additional charge.

We may contact you by telephone, SMS or email regarding your sample if necessary.

Health Questionnaire and Your Personal Details

You are given the opportunity to complete a short health & lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire asks for information about your medical history, lifestyle, family history health and gender specific details. You are also given the option to provide details of symptoms you may be suffering from or other medical or lifestyle information you feel may be relevant at the time you place an order.

It is not compulsory for you to provide this information but will assist us in providing a more comprehensive interpretation of your reports.

Any information collected from the health questionnaire and/or test results will be used solely in relation to the package/s you have purchased from us. By placing an order, you give us your consent to pass on any relevant information about you to our partner laboratory, our employees and nutritionists for the purposes of preparing your sample, analysing and interpreting the results. We may use your information for our own business analysis, service development and marketing purposes and may pass on information about you to third parties engaged by us under a duty of confidence to assist us in these tasks.

None of your personal information will be passed on to your doctor or any other third party other than for those reasons as set out above and with your express consent.

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy as it includes terms which apply to you.

Formation of Contract between You and Us

Our website explains and provides step by step guidance on how to place an order with us.
Payment must be received in full prior to us processing the order. You will receive a confirmation email following payment, the contract between us will only be formed on the date we send the confirmation email.
The test is valid for 60 days from the date we process your order. If you do not send your saliva sample to the laboratory within this period your test will expire and you will not be entitled to a refund.
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period once you have placed an online order. We will issue a full refund if you cancel your order as long as the following criteria is fulfilled;

  1. You advise us in writing or by telephone before your kit is despatched
  2. You advise us in writing or by telephone once your kit is despatched and you return your kit to us unused and in the condition it was received
This cancellation right does not apply if;
  1. You do not return your kit to us within 14 days of receipt
  2. You have already sent your sample to the laboratory for analysis
  3. The 14 day cancellation period has expired

Despatch and Delivery

After your payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email we will process your order within 2 working days (a working day is any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a UK Public holiday). We will send your sample collection kit by first class Royal Mail post. Delivery time is not guaranteed however if you have not received your kit within 7 days please contact via email or telephone. Your confirmation email contains important information about your order and consultation including the Questionnaire and Video Consultation link. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this information. Renude Health accepts no liability if you do not follow all instructions outlined in the confirmation email or testing kit.

If you lose or damage your sample collection kit a replacement kit can be issued subject to payment of £20.00 to cover the costs of doing this.
If your sample collection kit arrives in the post with significant damage meaning the test is compromised we will send a replacement kit as soon as you notify us.

Samples and Results

Any saliva sample you send to our laboratory will be analysed only in relation to the package/report you have ordered.
Please follow the enclosed instructions carefully and return your sample using the pre-paid envelope provided.
A delay in posting your sample may lead to deterioration of sample, therefore post as soon as possible after taking your sample. A delay in taking your sample and posting to the laboratory may require us to reschedule your consultation date and time in order for there to be sufficient time to receive your reports back for analysis. Renude Health does not accept any liability for a change to your consultation date and any costs or inconvenience incurred due to this.
Occasionally the laboratory is unable to test the saliva sample sent to them. If the laboratory cannot test your sample we can send a second collection test to you (this may be free or a charge may be incurred dependent on the reason for non-testing), alternatively you may cancel your package order and we will refund you in full minus the cost of the DNA kit and laboratory fee.
It is not unusual to have a few genetic variances (SNPs) missing across the whole report. No results occur if the lab cannot achieve a successful read of the genetic code at that particular location. The lab will attempt multiple times to achieve a high level of statistical confidence for a particular result, but if that cannot be met, it is reported as 'no result'. As your results were otherwise complete, there wasn’t a problem with the sample quality or quantity, the missing result is due to the way your genetic code is arranged/ folded. As this is the case in every cell, a repeat test (with good quality and quantity of sample) would unfortunately have the same outcome, so we are not able to offer a repeat test.

Our Right to Change or Vary Terms

We may amend, change or vary the Terms on occasion.
Every time you order a package from us the Terms in force at the time of placing the order will apply to the Contract between you and us.
